Description

The Repar2 4TASLY range is available with a single or double door arrangement and with a height of 300mm to 500mm. Steel-framed doors with impact-resistant polycarbonate windows run on hardened, large-diameter wheels, thus avoiding any jamming issues caused by grinding debris. Doors are locked in place with an easy-to-use latch.

For standard models (up to 1000mm long), the part number specified will deternine the height of the door and whether a single or double door is required.

Standard and supplied interlocking is an electromagnetic switch (code Mic 005). Solenoid interlocking can be specified by ordering the 14MICBOX001 control box which is optional but necessary to operate the electromagnetic switch. Please see the attached pdf file (safe opening) for full details. This option ensures the guard locks in position and cannot be moved or opened until it is safe to do so. We can also supply our dual-channel safety control panel, along with an additional e-stop or kick-stop. Our ‘safety panels’ contain safety relays and dual-power switching contactors. This system provides redundancy and fault tolerance, and it complies with current Standards regarding safety-related parts of control systems.

4TASLY guards are mounted directly onto the moving table of the machine and are supplied with mounting hardware to aid the installation. To supply direct we would prefer a photo of your machine along with three measurements: A, B, C and D – please see the technical details. We will always provide the widest possible door opening. Table end guards, additional fixed guards or perimeter guarding can also be supplied upon request.
