Description
The Repar2 10ST slotting machine guard has a single door arrangement with inner polycarbonate, height-adjustable screens that can be lowered around the workpiece. They are manufactured to suit your particular requirements but some models are available as standard.
The steel-framed door with impact-resistant polycarbonate windows has a double-hinge arrangement. This allows the guard to be fully opened during machine set up.
Standard and supplied interlocking is with a 2NC-1NO IP67 micro switch (code MIC003). Solenoid interlocking is optional and is controlled by a dual-channel safety control box and motion sensor. This option ensures that the door is locked in position and cannot be opened until it is safe to do so.
The guard is mounted directly to the front face of the machine by drilling and taping. There are basic drawings in the technical pdf documentation that can be completed and returned to us, which will enable us to provide a quotation for the required guard.
We have often utilised this versatile and adaptable guard for use on test rigs and small hydraulic presses.
