The MCL post 25400c for floor fixing is adjustable in height from 1500mm to 2200mm.

The fixed steel post is 75mm x 75mm square with a 3mm thick wall. The inner height-adjustable section is manufactured from two 50mm x 25mm steel sections with steel spacer blocks. A steel and rubber grip section locks the inner section at the desired height with three M8 bolts. The mounting plate is 6mm thick and has the same footprint as the bottom fixing plates of the TOP universal guard and the AL boring machine guard.

The MCL height-adjustable post 25400c is heavy and should be installed by a minimum of two people. Four M12 ground anchor bolts are used to fix the post to a suitable floor (these are not included). CAT floor scanning is recommended to ensure that there are no underground services present. Make sure that there is enough room available for the post height and the guard bolted to it. Verify that the safety guard cannot collide with any buzz bars, overhead cranes, light fixtures, beams or the workshop roof.
