Description

Integral safety enclosure with a counterbalance guard that lifts vertically. These are particularly suited to H-frame hydraulic presses. The guards are generally manufactured to suit your particular requirements but some models are available as standard for selected presses. There are some basic drawings in the technical pdf documentation than can be completed and returned to us for custom-made guards. The steel-framed guards with impact-resistant polycarbonate windows can be manufactured so that they bolt directly to the press or they can be floor-standing, bolted to the floor with M12 anchor bolts.

Standard and supplied interlocking is with a coded safety switch (code 14MIC006). Solenoid interlocking is optional and is run by a dual-channel safety control box and sensor to match the arrangement of your press. This option ensures that the guard is locked in position and cannot be opened until it is safe to do so.
